RealGrip grew out of our own property management: running a multi-tenant office building at Kapitein Rondairestraat 8 in Tilburg, where we are based ourselves. What began as a tool for that management has, since 2025, been the product we build and sell, from Nunderdogs Software. This page sets out what we make, who is behind it and which agreements go with it.
RealGrip is property management software with the accounting built in. Our terms of service name the three components: rental management, accounting (FinPro) and digital inspections (InspectPro). They work on the same data. A rent invoice is posted in the administration that belongs to the building — the system derives that administration via the contract, the unit and the building — and the entry lines carry that building and that unit along with them. That is why the service charge settlement takes the costs for the financial year from the journal itself, and not from a second list that someone has to maintain. Homes and commercial property run in the same environment; a rental contract records whether the tenant is a business or a private one. The platform is not assembled from off-the-shelf add-ons but built to measure with Laravel, and runs on servers within the EU: hosted by mijn.host in data centres in Amsterdam and Rotterdam, with dedicated servers in the Netherlands or France.

Arno has worked in technology for over 35 years and builds the platform; Roland has twenty years of experience with SaaS and handles sales and marketing. Arno has been an entrepreneur in technology for over 35 years — from industrial maintenance and international projects to electrical & control engineering, and as one of the first with his own LED factory. Driven by his strong interest in AI, he is now building complex software such as RealGrip with Nunderdogs: the crowning achievement of his career. Roland has 20 years of experience with SaaS, built at Microsoft and several start-ups. Since 2017, he has focused on real estate, construction and energy. At RealGrip, he combines those two worlds: proven SaaS scalability and deep sector knowledge, focused on one goal: control over property management.
It began with our own management, as an investor. Separate Excel files, contracts in Word, documents in folders, keys in lists, and figures that had to be checked again and again. None of it went wrong; it just cost time every week that delivered nothing. That building is Rondaire 8, the multi-tenant office building that also appears on our homepage — it is still managed with RealGrip every day, and it is our office address. What started as a simple tool for our own management has grown into RealGrip. That is why it is not software built around modules, but around what happens in the operation: a signature, an invoice, a payment, a check-out.
Without a sales department: if you get in touch, you speak to the owners themselves. We work with ten pilot partners, not with as many customers as possible at once. During the pilot we migrate properties, contracts and contacts — we do that work, not you. We deliberately do not provide custom work, and projects with a tender or procurement process do not fit the way we work; we would rather say so upfront than halfway in.

That is not duplication but a statutory disclosure: a service provider has to make its name, business address, Chamber of Commerce number and email address known.
