Dutch price-quality system (PKS)

PKS points and the maximum housing deduction, calculated automatically

Since 1 January 2025 the Dutch price-quality system (PKS) caps how much a staffing agency may deduct from a migrant worker's wage for housing. RealGrip scores the points per home — using the building data you already keep.

The 10 criteria, recorded per home

The PKS scores 7 basic criteria based on the SNF standards plus 3 additional ones: square metres per person, people per bedroom, sanitary facilities, maintenance and location. RealGrip records them per home and adds up the points automatically.

Maximum weekly deduction, always up to date

Points times the rate gives the maximum weekly housing deduction, capped at 25% of the statutory minimum wage. If the home or the wage changes, RealGrip recalculates immediately.

One administration for both WWS and PKS

Letting both regular tenants and migrant workers? The Dutch WWS point score and the PKS run on the same buildings and files — no double entry, two correct calculations.
