The Afhang agenda is a complete booking-and-payment system for anything you rent out by time slot — from tennis and padel courts (book and pay instantly) to meeting rooms and flex desks. You set the time blocks, rates and user groups; your customers book and pay online. On this page and in the demo we use meeting rooms and flex desks as the example.

Your own booking page in your branding — tenants and flex workers book online themselves, 24/7. No more calls or back-and-forth e-mails: they pick a room, you see the booking instantly.
Separate times and rates for tenants and flex workers — regular tenants see the meeting rooms, flex workers also see the flex desks and offices. You decide per group who sees what and at which price.
Time blocks and fixed day parts per room — an hour, a morning or a full day: you set the blocks and rates per room, and double bookings are impossible.
Check-in, front-desk overview and day passes — the front desk sees at a glance who is coming in today; visitors check in themselves and a day pass takes seconds.
Automatic billing and monthly direct debit — completed bookings are collected automatically and charged once a month. No loose invoices, no chasing payments.
